Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking or part of it, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@timberline.coffee or call 587-717-2206. Cancellation may not always be possible and is at our discretion, depending on the type of booking and timing of your request.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- 61 days or more prior to the retreat start date:
- Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of $600, OR
- Option to transfer 100% of the amount paid as credit towards another retreat date.
- 60 – 31 days prior to the retreat start date:
- 50% refund of the total retreat package, OR
- Option to transfer 75% of the amount paid as credit towards another retreat date.
- 30 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date:
- No refund available, OR
- Option to transfer 50% of the amount paid as credit towards another retreat date.
- 15 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date:
- No refund available and no option to transfer credits.
Any refund will be made less any platform, transaction, and processing fees incurred.

- Charges – The fees payable by the Customer for the supply of services.

- Platform Provider – Easol Inc.
- Services – The events, experiences, goods, and services provided by the Supplier.

2. CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
2.1 Bookings made on www.timberline.coffee are an offer to purchase services in accordance with these terms. A booking is confirmed when we issue a Booking Confirmation.
2.2 Our services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2.3 The Platform Provider (Easol Inc.) hosts our website but has no control over our products or services.
2.4 Nothing in this contract affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
3.1 The Customer must:
- Ensure booking details are accurate.
- Provide required information, including emergency contacts and dietary preferences.
- Be 18 years or older to book. If booking for a minor, you assume full responsibility.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.
3.3 We are not liable for incorrect information provided by the Customer.
3.4 If a Customer’s actions prevent or delay our performance, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the contract.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change before confirmation.
4.2 Payment is processed through Easol. Transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees.
4.3 Payments must be completed before the service date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and applicable charges.

6. TRAVEL INFORMATION AND INSURANCE
