For me, coffee is about discovery—there’s always something new to taste, learn, and explore. My passion lies in helping others develop their sensory skills, understand coffee on a deeper level, and gain confidence in their tasting abilities.
With my background in sensory science, green coffee sourcing, and roasting, I love breaking down complex concepts in a way that’s approachable and fun. Whether you’re a barista, roaster, or just love coffee, I’d love to help you develop your skills and appreciation for great coffee.
